2 Pack MR DJ PSS-1200 12" 2-Way Passive DJ/PA Loudspeaker - 1200W Peak, 8 Ohm, MDF Cabinet

The MR DJ PSS-1200 is a professional 12-inch 2-way passive PA loudspeaker designed for DJs, live sound, presentations, churches, schools, clubs, event venues, and general professional audio applications.

Built around a 12-inch woofer with a 40 oz magnet, a horn-loaded high-frequency section, and an internal crossover with overload protection, the PSS-1200 delivers full-range sound from a rugged, portable enclosure. Its carpet-covered MDF cabinet, heavy-duty metal grille, steel carrying handles, and integrated pole socket make it suitable for repeated mobile and installed-sound use.

With a manufacturer-stated 1200-watt peak power rating and 8-ohm impedance, the PSS-1200 is a passive speaker and requires a compatible external power amplifier.

Important Amplifier Matching Note

The PSS-1200 is a passive loudspeaker and does not contain a built-in amplifier. A compatible external power amplifier is required.

When selecting an amplifier, consider the speaker's 8-ohm impedance, actual continuous/RMS power rating, number of speakers connected per amplifier channel, and the amplifier manufacturer's recommended operating load. The 1200-watt figure is the manufacturer's stated peak power rating and should not be used by itself for amplifier sizing.
